Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 18, 2025
Governing Law: California, Virginia, and Tennessee
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in training programs offered by Anywhere ATP LLC, doing business as Anywhere Aero and Anywhere A&P (collectively, “the School”). By paying a deposit, tuition, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a training slot.
- All tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the first flight or class session.
- If full payment is not received, the School may cancel enrollment and retain the deposit.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Student
- More than 14 days prior to the scheduled start: Students may request to reschedule. If the original slot can be filled by another student (or the student provides a one-to-one replacement), the deposit will be applied to the new date. If not, the deposit is forfeited.
- Within 14 days of the scheduled start: Cancellations or rescheduling requests will be considered case by case. If the slot cannot be filled, the deposit is forfeited.
- Failure to appear without notice results in forfeiture of all payments.
3. Rescheduling by the School
Training schedules may change due to:
- Weather
- Aircraft maintenance
- Examiner (DPE) or instructor availability
In such cases:
- Students will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity.
- No refunds will be issued.
- The School will make reasonable efforts to notify students promptly.
4. Instructor & Examiner Assignment
- The School cannot guarantee assignment of a specific instructor or Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE).
- Assignments are made based on availability, safety, and FAA requirements.
5. Student Responsibilities & Conduct
- Students must arrive with proper documentation, endorsements, and prerequisites required by the FAA.
- Professional behavior is expected at all times. The School may remove a student without refund for:
- Misconduct
- Violation of FAA regulations
- Failure to meet training prerequisites
6. Limitation of Liability
- The School is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, lost wages, or other consequential costs related to training schedule changes.
- While training is conducted under FAA safety standards, aviation training carries inherent risks. By enrolling, students agree to hold the School harmless from claims arising out of training activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in those jurisdictions.
8. Acknowledgment
By submitting a deposit, making payment, or participating in training, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
